1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bulk product purchases made through https://draguns.com, operated by Dragun’s Landscape Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order for bulk mulch, dirt, stone, or other landscaping materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Availability and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product listings and availability are accurate. However, bulk landscaping materials are natural products and may vary in texture, color, and composition. Photos on the website are for general reference only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the delivered product.

3. Order Minimums

Bulk orders may be subject to minimum quantity requirements (e.g., 1 cubic yard or more). Specific minimums are listed on individual product pages.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on draguns.com are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Pricing does not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is available within our designated service area. If you are outside our delivery zone, please contact us for availability and pricing.

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed through online orders. Timing may vary due to weather, traffic, prior orders, or supply conditions.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible and safe.

  • Dragun’s Landscape Supply is not liable for property damage resulting from deliveries made at the customer’s request (e.g., to a driveway or yard).

6. Pickup Terms

If you choose to pick up your order:

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

  • Make sure your vehicle is suitable and equipped for carrying heavy or loose materials.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations, missed deliveries, or once materials have been delivered or loaded.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of bulk landscaping materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please verify your order quantities and material specifications before completing your purchase.

9. Liability

Dragun’s Landscape Supply is not responsible for any damage to property, personal injury, or additional expenses resulting from the use, transport, or installation of bulk materials unless caused by our gross negligence.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the delivery location is unobstructed.

  • Provide clear instructions for drop-off placement if not present.

  • Inspect the delivered product immediately and report any issues within 24 hours.

  • Use caution and appropriate tools when handling or spreading materials.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supplier issues, or labor shortages.

12. Modifications

Dragun’s Landscape Supply reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
